StudyChat uses AI to generate responses based on your documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep StudyChat available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
8. Pricing and Payment
Some features of StudyChat may require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
StudyChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
